My work - styling

Some time ago, I worked in QLD on a project for the advertising creative on the Oracle Apartments.

We had to select furniture, accessories and art - style 5 apartments ranging from a 1 bedroom to a 4 bed sky home (featured on this video) ...to the penthouse apartment, all in 5 days...

There were amazing photo's by Earl Carter and video's produced all to help sell the apartments. This program was successful and below is a great video, showcasing the work we did.

I did some work, some time ago, for the Oracle Apartments in Broadbeach QLD - furniture selection and styling for a marketing campaign and some if the images were featured in Belle.  

Sibella Court - Mr Wong

Here are a couple of images of the interior of new Sydney yum-cha restaurant, Mr Wong. The interiors evoke 1930s Shanghai - with period-style furniture, jazzy music and the gorgeous styling details including calligraphy, Chinese paintings, Asian furnishings and clusters of blue-and-white china on the walls, designed in part, by Sibella Court. Its a must see on my next visit to Sydney.

On the topic of Sibella, her next book called Bowerbird is due for release next month and if its anything like her other books, it will find its way into my bookshelves.

Oracle Apartments - Broadbeach

T&CS

Poppped into T&CS to see their latest product releases and snapped a couple of quick photo's of the styling, which is always wonderful. Love the grouping of the white flowers together, freesias, roses, tulips and lilies - very elegant and some great new products I can't wait to specify.....

Vintage Typewriters

I'm loving vintage typewrites at the moment. Reminds me of all those hours of typing in high school. Here are some images showing vintage typewrites in decorative vingnettes.

Prop D

Prop D is the creation of one Melbourne’s busiest stylists, Glen Proebstel and is a wonderful new props hire business. Glen works on a freelance basis and is also the Style Director for Inside Out Magazine. Prop D is featured in the Christmas edition of Inside Out and below are some shots from Prop D located in Melbourne.

Vogue - Grace Coddington

I recently watched the September issue, a documentary about the process of getting the US September issue of Vogue out. Grace Coddington is the creative director and has worked at Vogue US for 20+ years. She styled a photo shoot inspired by the 20's and below are some images. They are wonderful, the clothes, shoes and setting are to die for .... see the movie if you have a chance.
