Cafe complete

Absolutely crazy week. Cafe in the city complete, with too many late nights (I don't function well after 1am...) and only 3 days of closure, but it was all worth it. Looks amazing... professional photo shoot in a couple of weeks and I'll post the images.

John Robshaw for Duralee

Boy, another busy week, the days are flying bye. Got to see the latest Duralee collection yesterday, by textile designer John Robshaw. John is know for his stunning hand blocked prints and this is his first collection of weaves, as well as great prints.

Currently reading

I'm currently reading (on the ipad - even thought I swore I would never do it...) The Glass Room by Simon Mawer. It was brought to my attention by a client that is currently traveling the world and has booked tickets to visit the recently renovated Villa Tugendhat, the main character in the book.

Designers Guild

The latest Designers Guild fabrics and wallpapers are fab.... fresh florals and vibrant colours as we expect from Tricia Guild. Some of the florals are a mix of digital and sketched florals and are very fresh. Sampling in store at A Blind Pash, so pop in and have a look.

Graphic Modern

Create a fun modern room with bold combinations of color and pattern. Love the graphic  printed wallpaper with a rug and the sofa, also in bold prints, that complement each other. The restrained palette of yellow, gray, and black keeps it sophisticated.
