Pretty in Pink

Love the simplicity of a pink and white bedroom for a young lady. Great graphic toile wallpaper, teamed with crisp white bedding with soft pink detailing and geometic cushions......a little girls dream bedroom.

Thought this was a great image - love the map wallpaper and the pop of colour created by the red side chaiers and that stunning ikat inspired fabric on the cushions.

Surprisingly mild

Its been very mild in Melbourne of the last couple of day, with temperatures over 20 degrees. Makes me crave for some warmer weather as the temperature drops back down next week.

Absolutely Beautiful Things

The amazing Anna Spiro from Black and Spiro in Brisbane, has just released an amazing new online concept store called "Anna Spiro's Absolutely Beautiful Things" . The concept is that each season they will showcase a new vignette of items, custom made, vintage and things that sell at Black and Spiro. Anna's execution of the site is wonderful and unique and well worth a look.

American Design

Here is some work by American Designer - Eileen Kathryn Boyd, recently featured in the Hampton's Designer Showcase. Eileen's mantra is that "Color has the ability to change someone’s entire world, freeing them from all that is dull" and I have to agree. Eileen's use of colour in these interiors is subtle and harmonious. Its always good to see whats going on in the world.
