Eaglemont Project - completed exterior

At the end of the year, the Eaglemont project was nearing completion, so I thought I would post some images of the exterior.

After working over the last 12 months on this project, it all wound up the last weeks before Christmas as all the final details were completed, to enable the client to move in just after Christmas.

Its all in the details, custom made windows, classic styled lighting and sympathetic fittings down to the door bell button.

The columns on the veranda were one of the only details retained from the old house, before it was demolished and they work perfectly in their new positions, after being striped, sandblasted and repainted.

We are open on Saturdays now !

With our new locale on busy Hampton Street, it seemed silly not to be available on Saturday mornings.

I'll be here on Saturdays from 9.30am to 12noon, so pop in!

Eaglemont - Cabinetry Install begins

The cabinetry installation has started on my Eaglemont project. Front the raw units in the factory a couple of weeks ago, the cabinets have been off for 2-pac painting and the family room was full this morning when I popped onsite.

Later in the day, the installation was underway and progressing well. Client is very happy and its looking great. Templates of the stone tops are next and bulkheads over the units to finish off, before the cornice is installed.

I will keep you updated on the progress.

My work - styling

Some time ago, I worked in QLD on a project for the advertising creative on the Oracle Apartments.

We had to select furniture, accessories and art - style 5 apartments ranging from a 1 bedroom to a 4 bed sky home (featured on this video) ...to the penthouse apartment, all in 5 days...
There were amazing photo's by Earl Carter and video's produced all to help sell the apartments. This program was successful and below is a great video, showcasing the work we did.

Please check out the video of the Skyhome featured below.

Eaglemont Project : 1

Eaglemont Project:
The demolishers are in.... I have been working with these clients from the initial design discussions,  to the drafting of plans, selection of finishes and the appointing of the builder. After about two years, the old house is being demolished - its time for new beginnings and I look forward to sharing the progress over the next 12 months.
